Nonexistent customer service. No greeting, no smile, non welcoming. Very uncleanly. Observed no wipe downs of the hard surfaces of the tables and or the floor. Cleansed our own area. Highland worker abruptly came to our table and said we needed to order something, no greeting at all just demanded. We were trying to download Highlands app before we ordered since we were not certain what to get being that majority of the menu was written in Vietnamese with very few pictures.
