Where is the sweetness of this inn? The host is very rude and unfriendly. I looked forward to seeing the reviews, but I couldn't see the balcony room I booked. I arrived at the accommodation 2 hours earlier than the check-in time, but the host said there was no room reserved. The reason is that water is leaking in the room. The host asked me to book another place or stay next door. I came here by taxi, but I couldn't move my accommodation. I paid the host and stayed at the Ivy Homestay next door. The host didn't say sorry. It was very upsetting and difficult. Not for poor hygiene and balconies rooms. And the hostel owner tried to forcefully cancel Agoda. He went into business to sell me bus tickets. I am very, very tired and exhausted. Absolutely not...

Overall it was decent but some things that held it back: The economy rooms are tiny and very claustrophobic. The bathrooms also smelled like sewage, whatever way the plumbing works it seemed the water was very smelly. There is also a hole in the wall to the outdoors so bugs loved coming in. The bigger rooms looked really nice and I imagine would have made the stay feel much nicer.

There were two guys working at reception, one who was super friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The other who was very unfriendly, didn't really want to help at all.

There is no lift so if you are staying on the higher floors it can get pretty tiresome with the hot weather.

Overall it was OK but I think there are many much better...

Everything was great! Good location. although it’s in a alley so might be slightly tough to find but once you find it, it’s not an issue.

There’s also a supermarket nearby, 5mins walk. A lot of good food nearby also, 10mins. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Free breakfast was great too.

Vin is awesome, super helpful guy, recommended a lot of good food to eat. I also booked a half day bike to go around the places, Vin’s father was such an awesome uncle. My phone dropped into a lake & I was gonna give up but Vin’s father went into the lake to fish it out for me. what a life saver! he didn’t have to do that. I’m very grateful!
