The Pizza Company Vincom Huế — Restaurant in Hue City

Had to flag down staff to take order which then took a long time to arrive. First pasta meal came out cold and we were told it was the spicy one for my wife. However, it wasn’t and she returned to tell us that, after my wife had already started eating it. The bread sticks arrive next after I had already finished what was left of the first pasta meal which was the size of an entrée. Plus a rose sauce does not constitute a few pieces of tomato. We then had to ask for the my wife’s pasta meal which took another 5 min. That was also a small size but was not spicy as mentioned in the menu but rather very peppery. She couldn’t finish it. We prefer to enjoy eating our meals together, not separately. And the bread sticks could have arrived first. When it came to getting the bill we were asked “cash or card” we said QR code, she gave us the invoice but not the QR code. Super loud. Everyone looking at their phones with max volume. I know that’s not the restaurant’s fault but they also did stuff wrong.

We ordered a thin pepperoni pizza, 2 bottles of water, watermelon tea, some kind of pasta and vegetables, a Pepsi (just the can), french fries and pasta bolognese. The food was overall pretty good but let’s get to the mistakes.

We are from Sweden (Europe) and can’t get ice or any kind of tap water because we can get sick. We told them that we wanted no ice in our glasses. really disappointed!!! Food was ready but plates and utensils needed to be mentioned in order for us to enjoy the food. I ordered 2 bottles of water, drank 1 and considered to give back the unopened one; however, staffs refused to do it. Once you order, no matter which conditions, you have to pay. Really!!!

Pizza and spaghetti were just okay, like for new experience, not so much good to come back frequently. 3 stars for regular food and take back 2 stars for inflexible staffs (or rules or policies...
