Pizza Kat — Restaurant in Hue City

Must have stopped by on the wrong night and didn't realize I was dining at an American style pizza restaurant in the middle of Hue.

We were looking for a quick and easy dinner and stumbled into this cute restaurant. We were hungry but not famished and wanted a good meal. We had been in Hanoi for a few days and were looking forward to eating anything but pho. This place had pizza, but no gluten free pizza. They seemed shocked when we didn't order pizza. We ultimately ended up ordering pho and this shrimp dish that sounded amazing. I received a plate of fully intact cooked shrimp head, tails, exoskeletons and all. I had to send my dish back because frankly I had no idea how to eat it! So I too ordered a bowl of pho.

The restaurant was clean and neat, but the service and staff were awful and really slow. I'm sure if you want to eat American style pizza in Hue they are your joint, they fell short on everything else on the...

As typical Americans we were craving pizza, but were disappointed that both pizza places nearby had bad reviews. Pizza Kat was the cheaper option so we tried it anyway. Honestly, $5 USD for something that is better than frozen pizza like Digiorno and is enough food to fill us up (large is 10 inches in diameter) was really satisfying for us especially in a foreign country! Two larges was perfect for us, after giving a piece of mine to my large husband. The taste was good, it has sauce and crispy crust, and the pizza came out fast!...

Do not come here. Food is awful, takes ages, is overpriced and the staff are rude and unhelpful. We ordered pizzas and were told how large they would be. After a 45 min wait we were served really small piping hot pizzas that were obviously microwaved. They tasted awful so we asked to leave and only pay for our drinks. The manager then got angry and insisted we paid for our whole meal even though we had not eaten. Really hate leaving bad reviews but my experience has left me...
