Ned Kelly's Pub — Restaurant in Vung Tau City

Okay spot - probably better for meat eaters and bar/pub food lovers or just for a drink. Went for breakfast. Server was nice but her English wasn’t very good. Didn’t seem like there was anyone to help her beyond the cook. We tried to tell her we are vegetarian and she nodded like she understood but when the menu item “vegetable soup” arrived, it had shrimp in it. (Menu did not indicate that the vegetable soup would contain anything other than vegetables.) Veggie omelette contained tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, & olives served over toast with a small hashbrown. Garden salad was alright. Coconut fresh & cold. Tea affordable. On the whole prices could better match the quality. Definitely a greasy spoon and/or diner vibe...

Straight from a 3 hour motorbike trip from Saigon, just wanted some cold beer and food, stopped here because saw an advert of dark beer, no dice, should have left but the staff was very warm settled for a lager it was cold, and had a nice view also, ordered a pepperoni, devoured the first slice, man I was hungry, gave the 2nd and 3rd slice to my friends, when I sterched for my second one I realized I was only eating, then i realised the pizza dough was not cooked properly, this was probably because the oven was not hot enough, but.. not...

We had meals here multiple times while on holiday at Vung Tau. My wife said said it's the best food she has had in a long time and rated the grilled chicken breast as the best she has ever had. The service is great and the prices are very reasonable. Over our severaI visits i had the beef stew, pork ribs twice , prawn salad and my wife had the checken breast, chicken noodle soup, chicken salad. Both had full English breakfast which is huge.
