Perfumeries Primor — Attraction in Barcelona

Mind you I don't usually leave negative reviews. 3 stars is my lowest. Usually if I feel like giving a bad review I skip it. I like primor as a store. I am a regular customer. Everything cosmetic and more I buy it here, but today I had the worst customer service experience. Apparently two new employees. They were rude to me and basically threw me out of the store (the store apparently was closed. I was let in and greeted by other employees and as soon as I walk 5 meters I was confronted by the newbies). I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and just said "You girls are being a bit rude but I understand and thank you" and was already on my way to go out without even arguing, and they started to laugh on my behalf. Then I asked for their names and they refused to give me their names (again in a rude manner). Talked to the manager. The girls denied being rude to me, even calling me an angry person when the manager herself could see I was calm. The only thing they didn't deny was the laughing, to which I asked if they thought was fair and nice. The girl responded only by explaining why she thought it was funny (me thinking they were rude was funny to her). The manager did nothing. Refused to let me make an official complain. Said the names of the girls were confidential, etc. I am honestly very disappointed with my favorite store and considering not going there again. There are other stores offering the same service and products. Even though Primor was my favorite I think I would better buy the SAME PRODUCTS, WITH THE SAME PRICE somewhere else where they treat me like a...

I don’t usually do this but the issue has to be addressed to the manager or whoever is in charge of the Primor on Pelai. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to find products, everything is a mess. Inside, products are mixed up between each other. Prices are different online and in physical stores. The staff is absolutely rude and has no idea where anything is located. I was looking for a shampooing massager brush, one employee said it doesn’t exist in the store, the other says they swore they saw it somewhere, eventually they found it and needed 3 employees looking for it while laughing in between themselves and giving dirty looks to all customers inside. The rudest are especially the cashiers. I come here quite often but this has been the worst experience yet, if I ever buy from them again it will be online because just to not deal with customer service. Not a single smile or any nice gesture from the staff here, I was being patient the whole time and not said anything to them. I left the store with the receipt shoved into my hand. I came here on Friday as I was recommended this place to get my beauty products. When I got here it is quite small and not much space to move around. It has 3 floors. -1 is organic products, 0 floor is cosmetics, perfumes and skin products and 1 floor is hair products. However the staff are not attentive and rude. There was 2 members of staff talking by the revolution makeup and I tried to get passed to take a look at the makeup but was given a horrible stare as I interrupted their conversation when I asked them if I could take a look at the makeup. Then I got what I needed and made my way to the till to pay and the cashier after scanning my products decides to throw them like she couldn't be bothered to be there.
