We had a pleasant stay at the 2 bedroom apartment. It is split level. There is a queen size bed in one room and another 2 single beds on the upper floor. Reasonable amount of space all round. This 2-room apartment even has its own private enclosed lawn with a gate with a latch. Overall, the place is bright, clean and pleasantly decorated. Kitchen is also well-equipped for meal preparation. The motel is located right in the middle of Port Campbell township and so the visitor centre, pub, grocery store, cafe and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Twelve Apostles, etc are a short drive away. We greatly enjoyed the vibe of the place. However, a note of caution. It seems that the pub opposite the motel sometimes organises events that would end at 1am. I had read about this mentioned in previous reviews and thus made sure to check out the Facebook of the pub to ensure that the date of my stay does not coincide with any such event. I suggest those who desire an early rest and have no intention of joining the revelry to check the dates too before booking! Also, it is worth noting that the motel reception closes early! We arrived at the motel at 5pm plus (was told reception is until 7pm)to find no one around. There was a note on the reception door with a number for us to call though. We spoke to the manager and managed to check-in afterwards without fuss.
