Lucent Gasworks Newstead — Attraction in Brisbane City

As both landlord and tenant in this building for the last 4 years I can without a doubt say this is one of the best residential buildings to live in Brisbane!

Li and the rest of the Cavale management team do an outstanding job responding to requests in a timely manner and are a pleasure to deal with.

The apartments come with the refined, high end Cavale finish and the rooftop amenities including a 55 metre pool, sauna, gym, golf simulator and barbecue area are unmatched!

All within a 5 minute walk to the Gasworks shops and public transport, the location is perfect. Newstead is also a pet friendly suburb, cute doggos everywhere you go and a communal dog park close by for them to play.

We bought an investment apartment off the plans before the property was built. We have visited a couple of times for inspection and always find the apartment and overall property to be in excellent condition. The facilities at Lucent Gasworks are amazing from the foyer to the rooftop pool and gym etc. It almost makes us want to move from interstate and live there ourselves. It was an incredible experience owning a property in Lucent. I bought an unit back in 2015 as an investment. Ever since it was settled in 2018, the unit has been rented out to tenants. Li and the team has done a fantastic job helping me evaluating tenants, collecting rent and managing everything the tenants needs.

Recently, I decided to sell the unit. Aria and Li have been helping me with everything for the sale. The sale went very smoothly as it has achieved the highest price per square meter.
