Le Bain — Local services in Brisbane City

My husband and I were so very lucky to find this gorgeous place! We had been searching for quite awhile for the perfect apartment that had everything we required. We felt at home the instant we first inspected the apartment. The style of the place is extremely modern. As an American, I really appreciate having a walk in closet, duct (central) air, spacious rooms, ample storage space, and a dryer (included). The amenities in this building are the best we have seen out of all the surrounding buildings we inspected. The amenities we enjoy here include: heated magnesium pools, a lovely standard pool, a sauna, a FULL gym, free weekly pilates (by the best, Sarah), in house dry cleaning, a garbage and recycling shoot, a fully stocked barbecue area, and more.

To be forthcoming, a big reason we chose to live here was because of our incredible property manager, Nikita Lawrence! She was so thorough in the inspection, her communication has always been excellent, and she has always been extremely accommodating, yet professional. After five months of having her as our property manager, she has truly made us feel well cared for. We are so grateful of Le Bain’s excellent staff choices, because we briefly met the previous property manager Brandon and he was also a delight.

I forgot to mention, not only does Nikita handle everything with grace, the cleaning staff is impeccable! Our building is always spotless and fresh. I truly am going to miss so much about this place when my husband and I finish building...

Le Bain is incredible - stylish and spacious with impressive floorplans, architecture & city views. Cavcorp have really outdone themselves with the palm lined rooftop which features a heated pool, sauna, magnesium spas, yoga lawn, gym and private dining. Le Bain is just as beautiful in person as it is in pictures. The rooftop amenities are stunning; spa, sauna, dining, gym, city views - everything is in the one place. The building itself is looked after immaculately, and if there's ever an issue, management is on it immediately.
