Last Wednesday morning(3/4/24), I was at Westfield, feeling a bit fatigued. I asked to hire one of those kiddy car things for our three year old grandson. Unfortunately all the ones downstairs were hired out. ‘Gayle’ must have understood how tired I was and phoned the service centre upstairs, to ask if they had any so they could hold one for me. I lost track of how many times she phoned, eventually she sent an email. I say down with our grandson during some of this process and after about five mins., I reapproached the desk. Unfortunately, Gayle was then serving other customers, so Madonna took over for us, where Gayle had let off. Gayle’s call was answered, they did have a couple spare upstairs, and she asked them to hold one for me. This might seem like a small thing to some but the thought of making my way up there, wrestling with a darling, but energetic, little fellow, felt challenging. Sure enough, thanks to the support from Gayle and Madonna, there was a car waiting for our grandson so both he and Nannie were delighted. Thank you Gayle and Madonna.
