My going-on-three-yr-old daughter and I came in the afternoon on Jan 9 and were welcomed so warmly, with the lovely staff member taking time to learn my bub's name and finding out things to help choose the perfect book for her (she can be a bit of a "wild thing" herself and they were so diplomatic about helping me manage her rumpus while also having a lovely chat and making purchases). Amazing variety of books for all reading abilities and interests. Classics, sets and more. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who will greet and let you browse or offer their assistance with interesting facts about the storyline and even about the authors. We browsed for a while but were overwhelmed by the choice and appreciated staff assistance to pick only 2 books from the selection this time, kids wanted at least 10.
