Busselton Jetty Chalets — Attraction in Busselton

TO WHO EVER IT MAY CONCERN. Please read my review before booking your next holiday.The reason why I gave 1 star is? My family and myself have been in different sort of 5 star resorts, hotel and Motels for the past few years but never had this sort of experience ever. One of my family friend who stayed in these Chalets this long weekend invited us to come and have a look at these accommodation so that next time if we were to plan for a holiday then we should go for Busselton Jetty Chalets. As we parked our car in Visitor bay a lady who called herself MANAGER of the Chalets in a very rude voice asked me if I have a booking and when I said no she clearly said that I need to move my car which I did. When I was returning to this chalet after parking my car across the road , my wife and kids along with our other friends came and said that this same lady was very rude and she asked if we have any bookings and when my wife said no we are here just to see accommodation for our next holiday , this lady in a very rude tone said that stop wandering around and you guys cannot just walk in like this . I approached this lady and asked her , whats wrong with her and why is she talking so rudely in front of my family specially kids and she replied that we have no bookings and they don't allow just to wander . Guys to cut long story short, if you can handle this sort of attitude and rude behaviour then go ahead and do your bookings but for us its the end. I can only say that I feel sorry for the owners of these Chalets who have hired this...

Our stay at Busselton Beach Chalets was wonderful. The accommodation strikes a perfect balance—more than basic but not quite luxury, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its prime location is a standout feature, with just a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute stroll to the iconic Busselton Jetty. The area is peaceful and quiet, with minimal traffic, making it an ideal retreat.||The chalet is well-equipped for both short and long stays. The kitchenette includes all the essentials for preparing a simple stovetop meal, along with a large fridge with a freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom is clean and functional, with a shower that delivers excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. We also appreciated the lovely body and hair products provided. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and sturdy, ensuring a good night’s sleep.||We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, including an enclosed play area for children and a communal BBQ area with shaded seating. While we didn’t see anyone using the BBQ during our stay, it’s a great addition for families or groups. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.||Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Busselton Beach Chalets and look forward to returning in the future. There were red marks located on the sheet where my feet were.We had to move the 3 seater sofa to watch TV it was dirty underneath.Only a 3 seater sofa for 5 people. The fridge did not work there was no one in reception 3 mornings or in the afternoon to advise no one on premises to advise until day 4 when my partner alerted the cleaner who then supplied us with 2 additional towels to soak up excess water from the fridge. We had to throw food out. I did speak with a lady who was extremely rude stating it was my fault as I had not called the number on the office door which I had not seen. This was in stark contrast to the lady who had checked us in that could not have been more helpful. The girls had left a couple of marks on their blankets which we were told we would be charged 65 for I had no issue with this , but given the sheet on my bed was clearly marked/stained it did seem odd. The lady who called stated it was urgent as the message was unclear I became extremely concerned as my 83 year old father was been looked after while I was away.
