If you are looking for a romantic dinner by the sea, i would not recommend this place unless you book it in advance or if you book the outside deck. I have also noticed that your seats are not guaranteed and you donât necessarily get to choose where you want to seat or get to request a preferred seat. The service itself was not very pleasant considering there was a couple that was able to move their seats but we werenât able as they may be no availability which is quite inflicting as the couple got to change their seating, my partner and I were seated inside the middle of the boat and we were quite disappointed as we originally wanted a window side view but we were quite understanding that our seat was not guaranteed as to prior our booking but to see a couple being able to move their seat was quite unfair for us. Once we were seated we had to wait for our food, they started with people from the top deck and big groups to get food first and we didnât get to eat till 7:50pm. [ps. we havenât eaten since lunch (which was around 12pm) so we were hungry.] We honestly were super excited for this meal as we received positive feedback from the lady that booked us in and figured why not spoil ourselves. The food we had would be considered mid and for a $120 per person buffet I wouldâve just went to the Epicurean Buffet in Sydney and had better quality + better service + more food and get to leave my seat for more food. If it werenât for the lady that booked us in we wouldâve spent our money elsewhere. I am not the type of person to leave a bad review but because of how disappointed and infuriated I was, it had to be said.
TLDR: bad service , mediocre food and a big...

We have never been sick on a boat before so when the lady came to sell medicine for motion sickness right after departure, we did not buy any. 10 minutes later (right after leaving the harbour), captain accelerated like crazy and numerous people began to feel sick - we bought the tablets and took them but it was too late. I was sick the entire duration of the cruise, as well as my daughter. My daughter filled 4 vomitting bags with my wife holding her inside the boat and I spent half the trip vomitting in the toilets. When I went inside the boat once, I saw that 75% of the people were sick (remember with very quiet sea that day)⊠the way of manoeuvering the ship was clearly not OK. I felt pity for the crew that spent a lot of time cleaning vomit on the carpets. Almost no one enjoyed this cruise that day, thatâs really a shame. The worst: the photographer trying to sell (at the end of the cruise) the pictures that she took of the whales (everything printed out during the cruise, so pictures non bought would end up in the garbage bin, very eco friendly). She proposed these to my wife still holding our sick daughter... No need to say she...
I did this as a solo adventure. Yes amenities are available on the boat and in the pre-waiting area. This adventure would be suitable for all types of families (I've no doubt the staff would help any persons with difficulties) Once on the boat, it is allocated seating only. It's clean and tidy and has a decent amount of room, but would also pack quite a few people. I went on a weekday, Wednesday and it was only about 1/3 full of people. There were couples, families and me đ Now as a solo adventure, unless you are 100% okay to be alone for 2 hours, with a lot of down time in-between meal and desert, then I'd skip this. Even f you are chatty, like me, there was lots of free time. You don't go on this cruise for the food, it is basic, but it's fresh, tasty and will do special requirements. There were about 10 dishes to choose from, including cooked prawns and oysters. Again, basic foods, but still tasty and you can go back for seconds.
This cruise is not about the food, it's about spending time together, some where special and interesting. It's time out from the usual routine of life, to spend moments that you would otherwise not get while being on land.
Alcohol is available at the bar and staff are...
