Worst gallery in Hobart I purchased an expensive art work from the manager of this gallery off the website. I measured to make sure it would fit my space. The director got the measurements and the price wrong. I payed twice the advertised price and when the art arrived 3 months later, with no communications about delays, it was half a meter longer and much wider than the advertised size and would not fit in my space. To add insult to injury she would not apologise or address any of the issues. She just blamed the artist and framer. Everything was everybody else doing. So what service is this woman actually selling to artists. She is not selling her mailing list, I spent an average of $4000 annually with this gallery and it took her 3 years to put me on the mailing list. she is not managing the buyer expectations or experience in any way so they will be repeat customers so what is she actually doing for her 40 % commission? Great art gallery. They have antique art and other amazing art works. Some art works are similar to some indigenous arts which is really interesting. Some art pieces looks perfect for decorating the house....
