I usually order on Uber from them and it's ALWAYS on point. Delicious, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned. Yum cha whenever I want? Absolutely yes and thank you. I live nearby so my friend and I walked over to eat in house and I was unsurprised to find that the owners (who work there) were LOVELY humans with kids who are so polite and so sweet. This place genuinely makes me happy. The Prawn rolls are easily the best thing, the fried rice is the best I've ever had (and I don't eat rice much if ever) - it's delicious.

Given the high google rating I was expecting the food to be amazing but it was disappointing. Chicken fried rice was oily and without seasoning or any real flavour. The mince chicken and green beans were mainly green beans and diced mushroom with about a tablespoon of minced chicken at the bottom. This was particularly disappointing as I don’t like mushrooms and the menu doesn’t mention it contains mushrooms.

For myself, I think the chef cooks very beautifully. The only problem is the sauce was too light. Maybe should consider adding some more seasoning. Some items are bitted slightly more expensive than other restaurants. In general, I will come back again.

Outstanding service with world class Chinese dishes. The honey chicken is to die for along with the amazing dumplings. Loved the special fried rice as well. Our host & chef, Victoria goes above & beyond and is so passionate about serving her customers. Also, we had alot of dishes modified to suit our vegetarian requirements. So thankful. Overall, we were so happy and blessed with such great company & food. Thank you Family Tea House for our pinnacle...
