Absolutely shocked, worst fast food experience in my entire life.

Just to clarify, I have never left a bad review in my life even with other bad experiences but this was absolutely over the line I had to do something about it.

I Came in around lunchtime with a mate keen on trying Burgetory for the first time and I went for the Milkshake promotion that was being advertised outside and a burger. The place was empty Service was pretty bad, I was not offered a receipt but I requested one when i realised i was overcharged. I then find out i've been charged full price for the milkshake which I specifically asked for the promotion, I brought this up with the server and she said this was only for online orders. The sign advertised outside does not specify that anywhere and the server did not even mention that when i came in to the restaurant and ordered it for the promotion.

I put that aside to enjoy my milkshake and burger and I had the first sip and it was horrendous, milkshake tasted sour and spoilt. The burger tasted old and subpar. I had to throw the entire milkshake away after the first sip and I finished the burger with the greatest difficulty as I was starving, fast forward 12 hours and I deeply regret eating the burger, I am having a serious bad stomach.

Food that doesn't taste good is one different story but this is a serious health risk and no customer should go through this after paying all that money expecting to enjoy a meal. My mate who came in with me ordered the same food and had to throw the whole meal.

Burgetory management, please address this...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burgertory and I must say it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere and inviting aroma of sizzling patties set the tone for a great meal.

Food: The burgers are simply incredible. I tried the sloth and it was cooked to perfection – juicy, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients. The buns were soft and perfectly toasted, adding the right amount of texture. The variety on the menu ensures there’s something for every taste, from classic beef burgers to creative vegetarian options. The sides, especially the fries and onion rings, were crispy and seasoned just right.

Service: The staff ] were welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. They were more than happy to recommend options and even customized my order based on preferences, which I really appreciated.

Ambiance: The vibe here is relaxed and comfortable, perfect for both solo meals or gathering with friends. The décor adds a cool, modern touch, making it an enjoyable place to sit down and savor your food.

Value for Money: The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of ingredients and generous portion sizes. Every bite was worth it!

Whether you’re a burger lover or just looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend [Burgertory chapel ]. I’ll definitely be coming...

It has potential! Just not at its price point, $30 for 2 burgers on their own, it has to be somthing off the chart, and I really wanted it to be! After twisting the partners ear off about giving it a go, staff super nice, welcoming, after agreeing on 2 pride burgers we was asked did you want bacon? I declined partner was keen, so @ $13 each a slice of bacon must have fell into the $4 category if we made it to pretty much $30! Oh well my first thoughts is let's look after the newbie, sadly once we'd crossed the road to sit in the park it bacame very apparent, it's not quite at $30? It dident knock our socks of, everything was fresh, the burger was a little cold and the sauce ratio was off, just too much, I guess I just compare it to the other options, when spending $30 on 2 burgers, I want them to take Hungry Jack's and feed them to the crocks, this just wasn't the case for us, your there in terms of freshness, overall market placing, your just not there in terms of value, let's drop back in soon and hope the next one is worth the what I can only say is "Extortionately overpriced" hamburger, again not the worst burger by a mile.! But also a $10 max....
