Read moreGalleria has been so let go it is almost in a state of disrepair - driving up to it you see an outdated, weathered and unmaintained centre with the Myer sign up on the third story giving the false impression Myer still occupies it (but has only been 2 little floors off years now with the 3rd mothballed) The shops inside open and close whenever they want to, so you never know if the shop you want to purchase something from is actually going to open you go there just luck if it is. The centre is supposed to close at 5:30 each day apart from Thursday however by 5 pm I shops have their doors half down and up already trying to kick you out so last minute shopping after work is impossible there also as they simply do not want your business. And as for the car park there is no doubt whoever did the traffic management plan either hated them or was extremely intoxicated, parking at Galleria has no rhyme or reason - it’s like a carpark married another car park and had baby car parks …. And there must’ve been a sale on traffic island at the time because every single one of them in the greater Perth area I am pretty sure is at Galleria…. in the same car park …. When I first moved to WA in 1993 Galleria what is the place everyone said to go shopping we would fly down from up north especially just to go there it is incredible shame it has been let go this far. The people who own it be ashamed and embarrassed - what kind of respectable business people allow something to be run down like that? It is socially irresponsible and shows zero respect to the local community or the people who were it’s customers…..
The day they refused to renew the lease of doughnut king the shop that was always open and always had friendly staff and had been there for 25 years - they lost my business entirely.
…. In summary: Keep driving to Belmont or...
