Presotea — Restaurant in Morley

I was really disappointed with my visit today. I ordered a large hot Brown Sugar Latte with pearls but was told that couldn’t be done hot, and was instead offered a hot Okinawa Brown Sugar Milk Tea. I assumed it was a like-for-like substitute, but when I received my drink, there was no straw. When I asked for one, I was told straws aren’t recommended for hot drinks. I then asked how I was meant to have the boba, only to be told there were no toppings at all.

I paid over $7 for what turned out to be a plain cup of tea. I wish the staff had clarified that the substitution didn’t include toppings, as I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the order. Most people don’t go to a bubble tea shop for a plain drink. Won’t...

How can a bubble tea shop possibly provide such poor customer service? Deep sighs for paying with change because I don't want to pay their surcharge, RUDELY refusing to serve before their advertised closing time, ignoring requested changes to my order (I asked for 25% ice and what I got was watery tea and... ice). Aside from the tea being watery, the toppings don't taste fresh or at least not prepared properly. The kicker for me is serving someone that was clearly before me in the line, what?????

One word: Delicious! Absolutely love this place and would definitely come again, though this time, not alone. From a vary of tea to milk tea, it's absolutely delicious. Tried the Royal Earl Grey Milk Tea twice already and the Rose Oolong Milk Tea once, I'm looking forward to other flavours! Take your friends with you, and take a group pic of all the drinks together!
