My son’s car was stolen but luckily recovered the next day with no apparent damage . The NRMA wants the check that there was no damage. Still waiting into the third week this is terrible service for someone who has to travel 45min each way to work....

Alicia and her manager (I’m sorry, I can’t remember her name!) at the Port Macquarie NRMA branch were friendly and so helpful in re-assessing my car insurance premium and getting me a much more reasonable price. Excellent professionalism...
