“I’ve visited this shop several times, and while it has a nice appearance and most of the staff are friendly and helpful, I’ve had some disappointing experiences that I feel need to be addressed.

Firstly, there’s often a weird smell in the shop, which is unpleasant. Secondly, there’s an older Chinese lady working there who is consistently on her phone and ignoring customers. This leaves a bad impression and makes the shopping experience frustrating.

On top of that, I’ve noticed questionable practices regarding product quality. Many items labeled as local seem to be imported and are sold at high prices. Frozen products are being promoted as fresh, which feels misleading. I recently visited for what will be my last time, as I don’t trust the quality anymore.

With Christmas coming up, I’d urge others to think twice before shopping here. There are better options for your holiday preparations where you won’t risk overpaying for subpar products. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both product quality and customer service.”

As a customer, OLD CHINESE LADY was my bad impression but other staffs were very nice...

She told us salmon is the same price with kingfish, it was $39.something so we pre ordered one whole 2-3kg sashimi quality salmon for the following week. But what we got was King ora salmon which is $50+ per kg which she never mentioned to us. It was filleted, skinned off already. I told her that she said $39something same as kingfish and she said she didn’t!! Really annoying. I was really upset but my husband and I didn’t want to ruin our special dinner so I just bought it expecting it tastes better cuz more expensive.

We opened the bag once we arrived home, it was really bad… reallllly bad. Flash was all broken and mushy. pin boning skill was really… bad. I see them most of times I passed there, how their skill is.. If someone unskilled or under training did this, It’s still annoying cuz I paid , but I would try to understand but the lie and acting she did to us made me...

I bought some salmon sashimi and kingfish sashimi from here yesterday (total cost $36). Service was friendly and the sashimi was fresh, however there were bones in every piece of the salmon sashimi, and bones in some of the kingfish pieces too. This is dangerous as I had made a sushi roll for my toddler, and thankfully I noticed there were bones before...
