One star I give to this place I’m sorry but the manager of this store need to do a group meeting and teach their staff how to treat their customers few times I’ve been here their staff don’t even know how to serve their customers properly and showing me wrong location of what I am looking for also English isn’t their first language so if your a short tempered person better not shop here teach your staff proper knowledge of customer service and the cashiers need to gain more knowledge also in dealing with customers won’t shop here one out of five to your store To the owner that’s telling me to remove excuse me but why don’t you have proper customer service first and no I won’t remove this it’ll stay to show how your store is and your staff how their customer service is , to open a store is very simple to manage it and to address to your fellow employees is a big step so nah...

Edited review — I'm appalled by the condition of tortillas that I bought from here. The best before date is 2026. It was bought on 8 April 2025, and it was used on 9 April 2025. How in a day can mould/fungus grow on it is the mystery. It was sickening to see the mould on a bread that was about to be eaten. Absolutely disgusting. Their quality has gone down since some time now, and this was the limit. Abhorrent. I will NOT be back.

Be careful guys, too many fraud Shops in Lakemba, I have been overcharged many times by Big Fresh, Sana, Ali Supermarket and many other shops as I always double check receipts and ask them to re calculate. They deliberately do not mention item names in the receipts. either employees are stealing money from customers or the owners are also involved. Do not get fooled by their sweet talks and do not ignore to check how much they charged you.

time to boycott these type of businesses who do not provide detailed information in invoices. Will be taking to matters to appropriate authority.
