I've been lucky to stumble down here only on quiet days where there are only a handful of people in the entire area. Arriving by ferry was also a nice experience I don't often get! If you want a nice ride into one of the best views of Sydney Harbour, this is the spot :)

Lovely park with lots of shady spots as well as open sunny areas to picnic. A playground is also present with literally all of the best play equipment - all with a nautical theme too. How do they get it this good... Decently standard public bathrooms are here too.

Of course the best part though is the harbour view, few spots right along the water beat this one I reckon. Best part is that the questionable structure that everyone harps on about is behind you this time, unable to interfere with your shot :D

Also the little crabs around the walkway are super neat, wish little details like these were more common...

As a Sydneysider I often visit here .i am fond of this place where you can enjoy the beauty of Sydney greatest landmark and a great city view. I often choose to go here on weekdays specially on Tuesday or Wednesday so that I can park my car just next door . There is a 30 minute free parking spot which is a great add ons . Those people who doesn’t want to step out from their vehicles can enjoy this beautiful cityscape from inside their own comfort. The free parking got only limited space (Arnd 6 spaces and 30 min limit and only certain times) . In my view Blues Point Reserve is one of the hidden treasure and beautiful place to visit if you’re visiting Sydney. There is a kids playing area to entertain the kids while parents can enjoy the city view with Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney...

Blues Point Reserve is an absolute gem and a must-visit for anyone in Sydney! I walked nearly 3 kilometers from St. Leonard’s on a wet, windy, and drizzling day, and despite the weather, the experience was unforgettable.

The panoramic view from the reserve is nothing short of breathtaking. You get a stunning perspective of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the iconic Opera House, Luna Park, and the towering skyline of Barangaroo—all in one frame!

Even in the rain, the beauty of this spot shines through, and I can only imagine how magical it must look on a clear day. It’s a serene escape from the city, perfect for photographers, nature lovers, or anyone who wants to soak in Sydney’s iconic landmarks. Blues Point Reserve is definitely worth the walk,...
