There are so many things to love about this theatre — it’s location, the intimate size of the theatre providing excellent views of the stage, comfortable seating, well ventilated, the beautiful galley walkway leading to it flanked by Sydney Harbour views and a gallery spotted with black and white photos depicting past theatre performances, and a lovely restaurant and bar adjacent to it at the end. There are even great performances inside the theatre to boot! What more could a girl then want in a theatre? It would be amazing if the signage on the actual theatre (and even here on Google Maps) indicated that the Wharf 1 Theatre itself is located at Wharf 4/5. Read moreGreat place to watch a production from the fantastic Sydney Theatre and Dance Company. Great bar and viewing deck from the water-end, just ensure you're on time - very strict entry rules (same as the Opera House). If you're late, the show dont wait and you can't enter until intermission. Totally sensible 👍 but this is your reminder. Toilets located conveniently along the walkway, but the walkway is long for the elderly. Each level is accessible via lifts for thise requiring. Parking is across the road for $15, or Ubers/Taxis readily...

Would be great to see some updated signage from the theatre. I was lost with three other people, we all found our...
