Fresh Tees - Custom Garment Printshop — Attraction in Sydney

Last week order 3 t-shirt with the design of my creation and have been overwhelmed by such a great service, more so because I am a very small customer, ordering a very small quantity of shirts! Mary was super responsive and prompt, patient with the back and forth email containing many questions! She provided good advice and I felt in good hands. The staff at reception (Sam) and at the warehouse where I picked up my order today were equally friendly. I recommend this company if you are looking at custom garment printing, including if you need only a shirt or two!

Why do I highly recommend these guys? A lot of reviews say Fresh Tees have great customer service, but for me, personally, as someone with zero idea about screen printing and going to them with a complicated design, it has really highlighted just how outstanding they are. I had the good fortune to work with their superstar Andy, who assisted me with working out garment size and style, design colours, print method, pricing, my many many questions (because I knew absolutely nothing about printing) and - here's the lifesaver - helped me find ways to overcome some key obstacles. This was the first time ever for me to design and organise the printing progress for my club shirts. Andy and his team were beyond helpful with guiding me through the entire progress and their communication was as transparent as it could be. My team had a few major changes along the way and there were a few issues on our end with the design but the Fresh Tees team were so gracious and patient with us, adjusting our requests smoothly and accordingly while making sure that the end result was of an immaculate quality.
