Where do I even start honestly the worse customers service .Today I called to fix up a issue that has been happening repeatedly unexplained money out of my account I’ve called numerous times before to see and fix the issue and they kept putting me on hold or referring me to each other finally I spoke to someone from there end explained to me i have no owing and I will get my money back it’s been a week and nothing has came back in my account .
I called again today to see what the issue is for the 100th time the lady on the phone couldn’t even take correct details to open my file put me on hold referred me to another person to speak to waited 10 mins just for the same thing to happen referred me and the wait was almost 20 mins .
