There are suds on the inside of the container with which you placed the Salmon Ngiri.

Previously having purchased from Westfield Liverpool, the staff had taken a prolonged period of time to adress the matter regarding the duration the salmon had been there, being later in the day. The head chef continued to serve other clients whilst the staff by the register instantaneously became courteous to other customers. She could not recall the time of delivery of the salmon which was later addressed by the head chef as being that morning.

Perhaps hire new mamagement.

Great in every aspect.

This is probably my favourite sushi chain & I frequent it weekly. I love the variety, well made rolls that do not fall apart and the amount of filling to rice ratio. I love the liverpool outlet as it has a sushi train where you can sit and dine. Although all the outlets have a great amount of offering. You can also take your own condiments which is handy as you can choose what and how much you want. Its always busy especially the store at the galleries and you can see the workers making sushi constantly so its good to know its fresh!

I cannot compliment the salmon and avocado roll enough! I've been to Japan before but this roll has beaten the salmon that I have had there! I even wanted to bring some on the flight but the seaweed would have gone soggy. I came here twice because of how good...

We live local and often we go to sushi hub. One time we thought one of the lady just having a bad day so we ignore him for being rude to us but the next time we went she still the same very rude and another day same thing and same person. For example: we bought sushi worth $34 and she gave us 2pcs of soy sauce so we ask if we could have another 2 coz we are (3) person eating and did not expect what she said " I gave you two soy sauce still not enough" were speecheless.
