Pros: You can park inside Westfield and head down to the food court which is where this restaurant and all the BETTER ones are. Cons: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE We had to ask for the food to be warmed up because it was well below the health standard. When the server asked us what our order was. He literally kept screwing his face up. He threw the menu towards us instead of handing it to us. The look on his face was of complete content and disgust for everyone he served. We couldn't even believe that he was there taking people's orders. When we sat down to eat the food, even though we'd asked for it to be warmed up because it was almost cold... It was still cold so I took it back and dumped it on the table by now EXTREMELY ANNOYED. It's a little bit rude I know but we were angry with the service and the amount it cost because it was too expensive for the treatment we got and the fact that it was cold and awful. Another worker, an older male came up and said you shouldn't throw the food (I didn't throw the food. I actually placed it on the table quite hard but it wasn't a throw by any means) After explaining to him for 2 minutes why he should keep an eye on his staff and stop them from being absolutely disgusting to the customers. He basically rolled his eyes at me and walked away. After trying to explain and calm the situation down to the rude server by saying that "we never know who's having a good or bad day and everyone should be understanding", he basically cut me off, waved me away and gave the worst and most fake apology I've ever heard while not even looking at me. Most DISGUSTING service I've ever come across and considering the food is basically tasteless, they should probably have better service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. no one should be treated with such bad manners ESPECIALLY if you're PAYING to keep them in business.

A Truly Authentic Thai Experience at Baan Thai, Westfield Liverpool Baan Thai in Westfield Liverpool has become a regular dining spot for my family, and for good reason. The restaurant offers an authentic taste of Thailand that’s incredibly hard to find. Every visit feels like a trip back home, thanks to the rich, bold flavors and warm hospitality. One of the biggest highlights of dining at Baan Thai is the exceptional service and culinary talent of Mr. Yong, the chef who goes above and beyond to make every meal special. He not only prepares delicious, perfectly balanced dishes, but also takes the time to connect with customers, making us feel valued and welcome every single time. We have a couple of favorite dishes that we order without fail: the minced chicken Pad Kra Pao (stir-fried basil chicken) and the Tom Yum Talay (spicy seafood soup). The Pad Kra Pao bursts with aromatic Thai basil, garlic, and just the right level of heat, while the Tom Yum Talay is packed with fresh seafood and the perfect harmony of spicy, sour, and savory notes. These dishes never fail to impress, no matter how many times we’ve had them. Mr. Yong consistently delivers food of the highest quality. You can truly taste the passion and dedication in every bite. It’s not just a meal – it’s a genuine Thai culinary experience that keeps us coming back again and again. We feel very lucky to have such an amazing Thai restaurant in our area. Thank you to Mr. Yong and the team at Baan Thai for always exceeding our expectations and making every meal memorable.

Frustrated, Angry, and dissapointed. I ordered food for my wife and ordered the beef oyster with noodles. Once I got home I called up as there was 2 pieces of meat in the whole thing that I ordered and paid $15 for. I called up and the lady said she did not serve me and would of been the owner. Left my details and no one called me back, apologiesed or offered to help my situation. 2nd time I have had an issue here and I will make sure that everyone knows not to go to this place ever.

I don't often write (5-star) reviews about casual dining restaurants inside shopping centre food courts, but this place really stood out for me. The food was delicious, and quite cheap (though not the cheapest), and took a very short amount of time to make. I got Pad Kee Mao with beef, and I have to say, it was one of the best versions of this dish I have ever had. The noodles were on point, the vegetables were plentiful, the basil and chilli flavours really shone through, but most importantly of all, the beef was delicious and succulent - where most Thai restaurants will use low-quality, rubbery beef for their ‘street food’ noodle dishes, this place used high(er) quality beef - an...
