Why would you offer a Barbie boardwalk and ball pit experience on a day when a photo shoot could run long and limit the child to the ball pit? We dressed our Angel up and were so excited to get cute family pictures before we let her run loose in the ball pit. We arrived a little after 3 and were told we had to stay in a ball pit. She did the mermaid experience...kids casino night and a sleepless slumber party....These workers are the most kindest people I’ve met in my whole life. Anyone who cares for the wellbeing of their little ones should totally avoid this club and frankly the hotel itself. Once we complained at the reception we were met with arrogance, with the manager at the desk even giggling at our complaint. Watch out people, it's not what it...
