I joined this gym with high hopes, especially after seeing a group offer that seemed like a good deal. Unfortunately, my experience has been underwhelming and disappointing for several reasons.
Misleading Membership Terms I signed up through a group offer, under the impression that the discount applied for three full months. However, I didn’t start attending until a month after payment, only to be told that my membership would still end two months later. This was never clarified during my initial visit to the gym, and I essentially lost a whole month of use. It defeats the purpose of a group discount when the actual usable time isn't communicated clearly.
Poor Locker Security The gym provides lockers but sells combination locks that, shockingly, open with just a single-digit sequence—making them extremely insecure. While I understand the policy of not allowing bags on the gym floor, I was not informed of this rule on my first visit. When I showed up unaware, I wasn’t even offered a one-time courtesy exception. For the price paid—even at a discount—I expected built-in locker locks or at least secure options.
Inconvenient Weekend Hours The weekend operating hours are far from practical. Most people have time to work out on weekends, yet the gym closes early, limiting flexibility. It’s disappointing that the schedule doesn’t reflect the needs of the majority of its users.
Limited Body Measurement Services In a three-month membership, the gym only offers one body composition measurement. For the price, it would be reasonable to expect this service once a month. One measurement over three months seems insufficient, especially when tracking progress is such an essential part of fitness.
That said, there are a few positives worth mentioning:
The gym is equipped with a wide variety of machines, which helps reduce wait times, even when it gets busy. All equipment appears well-maintained and in good working condition. The ventilation is decent, although the gym still tends to get uncomfortably hot. Sanitation wipes are well-stocked and regularly replenished, which is appreciated.
Despite these positives, the lack of clear communication, poor locker security, inconvenient hours, and minimal included services have left me disappointed. I will not be renewing my membership...

Read moreExcellent facility for sure. It's empty most of the time so good for covid which makes the price kind of justifiable. Very spacious and great machines. Could use more attachments for the cable machines though..hole in the wall gyms have way more. Opening hours suck though for people who work late as the hours keep changing, first 9.30pm then 7pm, now 8.30pm, so for this price it doesn't feel like a good deal if you keep missing workout days. Also the hours are not honoured at times as they will close earlier than advertised with no notice, especially on a holiday. In addition, the hours on google haven't been updated since they first opened so it's...
