The only available female guide there had an absolutely terrible attitude. First, I wasn’t informed beforehand that the tour was only available in Spanish. When I told the guide that my Spanish wasn't that good, she ignored me and continued explaining everything in Spanish. The tour felt rushed, as if the guide just wanted to finish quickly—it lasted less than 15-20 minutes, and we could only see each room for about a minute. Because of the speed, I couldn’t really see anything, so at the end, I asked if I could go back to view a room I was interested in. She said no because the next tour was supposedly starting soon, even though no one was waiting. I just needed one more minute to see the room, but she still didn't allow it. When I expressed my frustration about not being told in advance that the tour would be in Spanish afterwards, she gave a dismissive “I don’t care” reaction without any actual response.
