We stopped there as we walked past and we liked the look and atmosphere. The waiter was very nice but he seemed a bit lost. We ordered one of their cappuccino and cookie promotion and one macchiato (without cookie). He came back to double check, so we reconfirmed. We ended up with 2 promotions and what seemed to be 2 cappuccinos with 2 cookies. We did not complain as it seemed he was doing his best. Sadly very disappointing, this cafe was okay at best. The servers were polite, kind and friendly however the food took 40 minutes to come out (we ordered 3 breakfasts) and was very average considering the price. Although this price would be alright in Europe, here in Bolivia it should definitely be cheaper. The fruit salad and american breakfast we got were underwhelming with a very small portion of fruit - despite the low fruit prices in the market - and cold bacon, eggs, ect. The French toast was ok. Came here for a quick dinner and I was pleasantly surprised by the spaghetti bolognaise for a cafe. It was so good and the portion was big. I would define my recommend this dish here. The drinks are ok, we asked for one smoothie and received a different flavour which was strange. The staff are friendly. The place was pretty empty and quiet.
