ON Hotel Boutique — Hotel in Municipio Sucre

The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water... Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but we had to leave without eating as food was not fresh (bread harsh like stone,  ravioli very dry, rancid ricotta, etc...). We have not been able to eat this evening as it was to late to move to another restaurant. Sauna is globally too cold and permanently moving from "cold to hot" Last day, the shower was cold. Breakfast is very average, with industrial and stale bread . Despite all these issues no commercial action or try to improve... Definitely not 5...

The décor and interior design are stunning — the most stylish hotel we stayed at in Bolivia. Everything felt super cozy and warm. The shower was great, the bed linen was perfectly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and the whole place was spotless. There’s also a lovely terrace upstairs, perfect for relaxing. The hotel is located right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from the main square, in a very safe area.

Need to know: breakfast is à la carte, not a buffet, so you need to wait about 15–20 minutes. But it was totally worth it — everything was fresh, tasty, and there were plenty of options to choose from. the only minor inconvenience was that one receptionist spoke excellent English one day, but on another day the staff at reception didn’t speak English at all — though we managed to communicate fine thanks to my basic Spanish.

Overall, an amazing experience — I would definitely stay...

Just came here with my girlfriend, we had a great meal! The ambience is very nice, the waitresses were great and the food was brilliant! I actually made a mistake ordering my steak and they corrected it for me right away even though it was my fault. 🙏🏻 To maybe help somebody else the way you say how you want your steak cooked in spanish is completely different from English 😂 Medio in spanish is actually rare in English. Tres quartros is more like medium or medium rare. Prices were also very good considering how nice the restaurant is! I had pretty much a fillet steak with salad and some roast potatoes for 45bs!
