Blue Tree Premium Faria Lima Hotel — Attraction in Região Imediata de São Paulo

A NIGHTMARE AT BLUE TREE PREMIUM!! NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! THE HOTEL HAS THIEVES AND THE MANAGEMENT DOESN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS!! YOU CANNOT TRUST IN THIS HOTEL NEITHER THE MANAGEMENT.

My wedding and engagement rings were unfortunately stolen from the room where I was staying Despite the evidence that indicates that rings were in the room prior the incident, the hotel staff failed to take any meaningful action and remediate the situation. Additionally, there were not an effective communication on this serious matter, beside multiple calls to the Operation manager from this hotel he didn’t take responsibility and ignored all my communications, a complete disregard for my situation.

I seriously would not recommended this hotel to anybody as security and trust is very compromised. Security at this hotel seems like a mere suggestion, not a guarantee.

If you value your belongings and expect even a basic level of respect and service, avoid staying there . Choose a place where trust and security are not...

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews. The rooms need to be renovated very urgently. My room (except for the bath) and bed were overall clean (and if you don't check any closer - for example in the corners or the curtains). In my room almost everything was damaged or broken. (Wall hooks in the bathroom are loose or broken, loose sockets, lamps next to the bed both loose and a lot of mold in the bathroom). And: Who schedules elevator maintenance in the morning at rush hour? That makes you doubt the management... One morning I waited over a quarter of an hour with other guests because regular maintenance was being carried out (at half past seven in the morning instead of during the day)

The only bright spot was the very, very friendly and helpful Luana at the reception. The location of the hotel is central (which is good). Overall a disapointing stay for me and by far not what i was expecting. Far away from the Standard of the area of Sao Paulo.

Location and size of rooms is really good. Staff is friendly. WiFi was also good though you had to reconnect every day. Process was fast though. However, they don't have good ventilation and rooms are a bit stinky. The first one I got smelled like a tobacco factory. The second one smelled like a perfume factory. The third one was just acceptable so I stayed. The breakfast is average in taste. Quantity, as much as you want. As for cleaning, it was ok. The gym is ok only the treadmills are a bit old and not all functions work. Also, there's glass so if you go when the sun is directed to the treadmills and it's hot it...
