What a great shop. Everything you might need for outdoor activities was there to the point it was almost surprising. We also rented e-bikes which made getting around Lake Louise and Moraine Lake an even better adventure and experience compared to taking a shuttle. It’s not easy to find peace and tranquility around those parts in August but riding to Moraine Lake with the road being closed to cars provided just that. You have to share the roads with the buses and shuttles but they all were almost overly cautious of us riding to the point they often wouldn’t pass us and so we would just pull over and let them pass. While not cheap the bikes were high quality and the pedal assist battery lasted us all day. We had a slight issue on our end returning the bikes and they were very understanding where they rightly could have charged us for the mishap. All in all it really worked out for us having such a great shop during our visit to Lake Louise.

This is by far the best way to see Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. No waiting for and crowding onto a shuttle, just grab a bike and go! We took the mountain bike trails to Lake Louise and the road up to Moraine Lake. Both involved some climbs to get to, but it made the our destinations all the more beautiful. Two logistical notes, if you are there during Summer, be sure to reserve your bike in advance for the proper size. We did not and got the last two bikes in stock that day. We made the sizes work (XL and XS), but would reserve in advance next time. Also be sure you arrive early (~7:30am) to get parking as the free parking around the perimeter of the parking lot fills quickly.

Rented 2 E bikes for the day. Seemed expensive but on reflection we had an awesome day covering 50km by bike and foot in some of the most picturesque places on the planet. Very helpful website on sizing, booking time slot etc. Clear instructions on use and recommendation for route. Hired bear spray for the day. On return, we were offered recommended walking trails on our drive to Revelstoke. It's a shame bear spray us not cheaper to purchase as it does give peace of mind in an area of black and grizzlies, (we saw a grizzly with 2 cubs at a very safe distance) having no prior experience. All in all a great experience.

The staff there actually knows what they are talking about. It was nice because I had never been on a snowboard when I bought my board. But they advised me something good and not too expensive. And it really worked at well even when I reached an advanced level.

I bought my snowboard and boots there before the season started they had a good sale that apparently they do every year a week before the start of the season. I got my gear for a really good price in the exchange rental section. Everything lasted for the whole season. They heat mold the boots for free as well. And if you buy skis and binding they mount the bindings for free.

One of my glove broke on the second day. They exchanged it straight away no questions asked even though the glove was bought on sale. I bought a backpack at the retail store at the lake Louise ski resort and a part of it broke the same week. I went to the retail store and they said they couldn't help. I went to Wilson they contacted manufacturer and got me something to replace it. So WilsonLake Louise ski resort retail store.

I also rented x-country skis there a couple times 25$/day. Really happy with the skis I was given. I just wish they would do half day rentals as well as full day....

Picking a bike rental is not a time for optimism and idealist thinking; it is time for a very conservative estimation of your fitness level.

I am a fairly fit person, and I cycle (stationary bike) 1x per week. But in high elevation, with mostly uphills all around, do yourself a favor and GET THE E-BIKES.

Our group picked the normal Mountain Bikes and I couldn't even make it half way to Moraine Lake. I grew up riding bikes, but keep in mind these are large, heavy mountain bikes (I'd estimate 60lbs) - that's a lot to be hauling uphill with you. After giving up on seeing Moraine Lake via bike, I tried to bike to Lake Louise - which is also entirely uphill from the shop. Saw the lake, and thankfully it was all downhill to coast back to the store.

Low stars don't reflect on the staff at the store, or their many offerings. Purely my experience, absolutely struggling to pedal and even when walking needing to push the heavy bike up the road.

Trust me, you'd rather make it easier on yourself (and your family) and say "oh, I could've done it on the regular mountain bike" than find out the hard way that you absolutely...

Went there to rent skis for a single day and it was probably the best experience in terms of rentals I’ve ever had.

I do want to thank the three people that aided the experience. 1. The guy who was from Ontario 2. The pretty girl with the dark hair from Toronto. And one girl who recommended us to rent from the shop (owned a Taylor swift hoddie)

The people there, especially the man from Ontario was excellent and possessed superb knowledge of skis, snowboards and the boots to go with. He fitted myself and my family and the boots just worked, there wasn’t a long process thats usually associated with rentals. However, most importantly, the rentals were all of the highest quality. New skis, poles and boots, but they weren’t the over used and uncared for rentals you usually get. And to top it off it was around $70 to for skis, poles, boots which for me has been the cheapest rentals I’ve ever seen.

If you’re ever in lake Louise and want to experience the mountain or if you’re there for a period of time I highly...
