I almost never write reviews, but this time I simply couldn’t stay silent after how rude the staff was — especially a girl named Georgia (I’m sorry if I misspelled her name, she said it very quickly and clearly didn’t want to repeat it, probably because she realized how unprofessional her behavior had been).

My family and I came here for lunch. We’ve been to this place several times before and always loved it. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing because of the way Georgia treated us.

While we were ordering, she was extremely rude and was laughing with her coworker right in front of us. I asked politely if they had any caffeine-free tea options, since my mom can’t have caffeine. Instead of helping, she just pointed at the teas on the counter and said, “That’s all we have.” I tried to clarify, asking if maybe there were other options behind the bar, but she repeated the same thing and started laughing again with her colleague. The same was when I asked about the sauce options , she said that it’s written up there , that’s all we have instead of explaining and helping. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful.

The food itself was great as always — no complaints there. But the service completely ruined the experience, but when we just came in, the other staff member met us with a smile and was very polite and kindly explained that they don’t have the options that we wanted to order, as they are sold out and fryer doesn’t work. I hope management will take it to their attention, this kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in such a popular tourist spot like Lake Louise, where thousands of people stop by every day. Staff members should represent your café with kindness and professionalism, not sarcasm and disrespect.

When I later asked for her name, she mumbled something under her breath without even taking the bottle out of her mouth — still rude until the very end.

Again, I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt I had to. We love your food, but this kind of treatment makes it really unpleasant...

Parking lot is an absolute ice rink. Fell holding three drinks while escorting two four year olds across the parking lot. After having spent $40 plus tip, they refused to remake two of the drinks despite having received them just a minute prior. Now my arm hurts and no drinks. Awesome guys. The preschoolers really appreciate it too. Have a little heart. They just want money, no interest in having basic human compassion.

Just a follow up to the response from the restaurant — I definitely did not yell at anyone. I let the lady who had helped me know that hey I dropped the drinks and she said okay I can make new ones if you pay for them. It was purely said in a nice way. She said let me see what I can do and then kept taking orders. After five mins, I asked the guys cooking hey is there gonna be a way to get new drinks? It was then the manager said “you’d have to pay for them.” I couldn’t believe it — and yes when he said “you can blame the guy who does the snow” then yes I expressed my displeasure. No one needs a jerk talking back to them and all I said was “even though I spent $40.” Unbelievable. At minimum I’d appreciate...

Came here midday on a Wednesday and it certainly wasn't deserted but the understaffed crew managed to move customers along quickly so that way impressive. The space inside has about 3-4 hightop tables, able to seat 8 ppl and about 2 seating tables outside so it's small. The staff were really friendly albeit seemingly in a rush - like I said it's probable they're understaffed but did a fantastic job. The price for what you get in general is great, but out in the Lake Louise area it's really noteworthy. I got one of the specialty coffee drinks - a Hazelnut White Mocha, and my partner got regular coffee. Both were great, but let's talk the food: the falafel wrap was great but the Lisa's Chicken salad sandwich was fantastic by any standards - highly recommend getting that! We also got a pasta salad they had in the case that was great but didn't try any of their sweets though they looked good to!

Overall great staff, great food with great prices. Clearly the place to go...

In general in terms of food, this area seems to be a desolate place. We went to a few places we didn't like, such Laggons right nearby. We noticed that Trailhead had an exceptionally long line up. The next day in a tried it and were very impressed. The staff seems friendly and enthusiastic to help. We went there in the morning and wanted lunch menu items and they were able to make them for us. Their fryer wasn't on so they offered us a side of salad or to charge us a little less for an item that was supposed to come with fries. I got the pulled pork and mac and cheese sandwich. It's called the Houston. It was finger licking good and a complete contrast to the quality of food you can expect anywhere else in this area. If you're able to eat pork, try the Houston. If not, they have other menu items that also look really good. We also tried the bliss burger and were happy with that as well.

After paying $80 for some wraps and salads I asked the staff about the food; the small salad container ($4.50 each) was half full, lettuce was old, the croutons were mush and the dressing tasted weird. He said “ok what do you want? A refund?” I said sure then I heard him tell his coworker that he’s giving us the $8 back because “he doesn’t want to deal with it”. I also asked him about the donair wrap because the description said garlic sauce but the sauce was extremely sweet he said “that’s how we make our sauce”. Overall vibe, price and quality of food was bad.
