Food is very high quality, staff where highly disorganised and did not communicate leading to hrs wait for our starter!

First off we were told there was a wait to be seated at 19:55 when we arrived and handed a buzzer and a time of fifteen mins. Twenty five minutes later it buzzed, then we waited so long to be seated after this the buzzer turned off! During this wait they have a QR code to scan for the menu. This first waiter disappeared after showing us to our seats, we were never asked if we had made a selection and had to prompt the new server that arrived five minutes later we were already ready to order. Flustered server forgot to ask the whole table for our drinks order as she's clearly overworked while other servers only dispense drinks and clean tables.

While waiting for our food we saw many staff not interacting with customers, checking watches and only cleaning and dispensing water, while this one sever seemed responsible for the majority of the restaurant. Many tables were set yet still a line formed at the door.

Once food arrived after another half hour wait it was delicious, fresh and very tasty. This made the whole experience even sadder seeing the quality of meals on offer while held back by lack of...

The food quality is OK, but operating efficiency is terrible. We arrived about 6:20 PM on a weekday when the place was about 1/4 full. It took 30 minutes for our food to arrive and when it did, the blackened cod entree smelled terrible, most likely spoiled, but my wife refused to even test it out because it smelled so bad. The server took it back and allowed her to select another option, which she did… However after giving a dish that was likely spoiled, they put her replacement order into the queue as if we just arrived. So it took another 30+ minutes to get the replacement order; 60 minutes all counted to get an edible dish while I had the choice of eating my meal hot , while the wife waited, or wait until her dish came out, and letting it get cold after 30 minutes. Seems that when an order is returned over freshness or any reason, a well run kitchen should give priority to the replacement order to at least try to make the customer satisfied. Given it’s a tourist area, they know they will never see any customer again and just accept that they are under-staffed in the kitchen or poorly run. I would never return to this place and suggest you find another option, any other...

This was some of the best food I have eaten at a restaurant! I would love to give this 5 stars but can't due to the service. We were seated quick enough and we placed our orders after a few minutes glancing at the menus. We chose the chicken alfredo, an elk burger and a regular burger. AMAZING alfredo with chicken, bacon, mushrooms and a creamy sauce with a side of garlic toast. The other food was enjoyed greatly by the other members of our party even going so far as to say it's the best burger they have had. I'm giving 4 stars due to the time it took to deliver our food, the lack of info on the menu (we had to ask if the burgers come with sides and what options they had as it was not noted anywhere that we could see) and for the lack of attention during our meal. We had to wave our server down long after we had ran out of water as we hadn't seen him since he delivered our food, he didnt seem particularly happy to be there. Otherwise great meal with great quality ingredients, hats off...
