St. Stephen's has a beautiful inclusive welcome banner out front, and they have earned it. I have been to churches who claim to be welcoming without having done the work to put that welcome into practice; St. Stephen's is not one of those. The moment I walked through the doors, I felt safe and welcome, and I found a community with whom I can deepen my faith. Most everyone I've spoken to, newcomer, occasional visitor, and long-time member alike, has shared similar sentiments. I would encourage anyone looking for a church in this area to come to...

This is an inclusive and welcoming congregation. The sanctuary is historic and the interior was recently updated and beautifully renovated. It even includes an indoor Labyrinth! When we moved to Calgary 7 years ago, we visited the Church and were immediately drawn by its strong sense of community and its outreach programs such as the Mosaic Art Festival, the Feed the Hungry events, among others.
