POOR SERVICE - read below
Bought a Yocan 510 thread battery from here 3 days ago.
Worked fine until the battery died and found out that it doesnāt charge.
Called the store to ask for an exchange and was told to contact Yocan for any warranty related. Any retail product - customer goes to warranty after return/exchange period and apparently they donāt have any return/exchange for batteries.
How is this not within time frame of return/exchange? Should def mention to your customers that it is FINAL sale⦠or test it before giving out faulty product to customers.
Yocan website says to contact stores as they handle that for them since July 2022, they send extra product to their distributors for situations like thisā¦
Called back to Numo and was told that Iām SOL.

I have yet to see ANY other dispensary with prices as low as NUMO. They consistently have 8ths under $20 , and at 20%+ THC. As well as having Ultra Sour by Namaste , at a steady 8.99 price point. By far the best prices in Alberta.
All the other locations are great, but I live close to, and prefer Chinatowns...

Not even close, I called ahead to reserve my order the sales associate got it half right on top of that I was overcharged for an incorrect item . Customer service is going a bit down hill (when I've reserved my product twice) I've noticed.. Really disappointed
