This place is absolutely wonderful, especially in the evenings. The open atmosphere and well-lit environment make it a beautiful setting to gather and enjoy with friends and family. Although it can get crowded at times, it adds to the lively and energetic aura of the place. My friends and I have visited twice, on March 6th and March 10th, and we cannot get enough of it. The party area is spacious and perfect for just hanging out and relaxing. There is also a nearby bar that allows you to grab a drink and take a nice walk around. Additionally, there are plenty of activities for kids, including small games that are free to play. Winter festival at his best ! Montréal en lumière (Montreal High Lights Festival) is one of the biggest Winter festivals in the World and it's happening every years in Montreal, lucky we are. You have many things to experiment + see about gastronomy, theater, music, performing arts,... The best for me during the festival, it's ''Nuit Blanche'', 1 night only, you have nearly 200 cultural activities all night for free or with fees all around Montreal (Downtown, Old Town, Plateau, Villeray, Olympic Park) . We enjoyed my girlfriend and I, a visit at a museum, live choir into a church, visit of a design center, drank hot wine on Place des Festival into the Quartier des Spectacles....Clearly a festival that I enjoy for the joys of winter.

Paid parking available right in front of the Skating loop. The ferris wheel is for free. Just stand in the line for 15 minutes. Ice skating loop is for free. Get your ice skates to avoid the queue.

Better to avoid evening time to avoid the full crowd. You can also get the ice skates for rental.

It is crowdy but it's so much fun...

You have a Cabane à sucre for the maple syrup candy on snow. About 5.9$ for 2 people with a tip included. People who want to drink alcohol are lucky it's avaliable everwhere.

Montréal city has really organized a lovely event. They want people to be happy.
