No one answered my call or returned my message, when their address didn’t show up in the right place for a pick-up. This place took several hours to load 7 pieces onto my truck, while I had to assist and keep the ball rolling. Waited for 2 days at a rest area by Blackpool QC to cross the US border to transport their shipment, and because I was not given a proper bill of lading, and no commercial invoice, I was turned back. Could not cross the border. Tried to return the items to them, and they had no room to take it back, and I had to drive an additional 40 mins to a cross-dock.
