Unfortunately I have a bad review for Golden Memories. This is sad for me, as I have spent $1,000's here over the years, until now: Had a nice Bulova watch repaired a couple months back. They replaced the entire stem, explained that's all it needs. Watch worked great. but after 2 weeks the watch stopped working. We figured it was probably the battery and it finally went. Took awhile before I brought it back, but I said it stopped working and explained the story and they agreed it's most likely the battery. Well I was just informed by them that the entire watch is full of rust and it appears as water damage. This particular Bulova watch is a water resistant up to 10 meters which according to Bulova indicates the watch can be submerged with no issues up to 10 meters. Well according to the owner of Golden Memories it has to do with the gaskets (which he says are all dried up), and not the new stem/pin he installed. Gaskets don't just dry up with in weeks of the repair, so either they seen the dried gaskets and did not replace them (I wanted the watch completely repaired initially), or the stem was not installed correct or not the correct one used. Now the watch is garbage, the owner is NOT standing by the repair (even to offer the initial repair costs back). I must say this is NOT how to treat a customer and I will not be going back. I suggest anyone else...

Not impressed with the service at this jeweler. My wife went in with a ring from her grandmother to replace the wedding ring she had lost. It needed to be sized up to her finger. My wife was told a price between 200 and 300 because they didn't know the extent of work needed but assured her it would not exceed 300, it was even written in writing on the ticket. We were told 2 weeks for the job to be finished. We got a call 4 weeks later with a price of 600 dollars. So my wife had to actually argue with them to honor the price they told her. I thought it would be on the lower end of the price agreed because of it being twice as long of a wait. They wouldn't honor their agreed upon price, so we waited twice as long and paid 90 dollars more then agreed upon. You should be ashamed of that business transaction and now soured the experience my wife has with her new rings after being completely gutted from losing her original wedding ring. Work was actually beautiful, probably because it was sent away to someone else to...

I was debating replacing my wedding band and engagement ring as they were getting snug and dull looking. I also lost a diamond in my wedding band. I took my set into gold 'n memories after seeing an Instagram story offering curbside drop off and pick up. Rhiannon was super helpful in making sure to get my finger measured so my rings could be resized. She was quick to let me know the owner noticed my prongs all needed to be redipped. They redipped them all as per my ok... Set all the stones... Cleaned it sparkling. They were better than brand new... And fit perfectly. I went back the following week to pick up a pair of silver hoops. Absolutely love them. Dynamite service and prices! They have lots of options and styles to choose from. They even make custom orders like engagement rings I saw on their Instagram. Excellent family...
