Shawarma&Grill Box — Attraction in Niagara Falls

First time I went here I got some cold chicken in my shawarma but the second time I came, the food was hot and fresh and AMAZING. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 7 years and I can clearly see that there is inconsistency with the food being served. But there is potential!

Both times I came in, I drool looking at the fresh chicken being cooked on the spit but get served the chicken that’s already been shaved off and left in a pan to get cold and dry out.

Unfortunate how this is how the business has to operate, probably because it pumps out more food than there are customers coming in. Hence why some times of the day it’s fresh and some days it’s cold and boring.

The restaurant business isn’t easy but it also doesn’t have to be complicated. Provide fresh food, market your business properly to gain traffic, and you’ll definitely stand out ESPECIALLY in Niagara Falls.

The Niagara Falls food scene is really lacking for this type of cuisine, a lot of places just don’t do it right. I hope this family business gains the traffic they deserve because I see the potential there after my 2nd visit.

If you like old, aged, expired food then this place is for you! I never new the taste of 2 weeks old rice and now I know - thanks Grill Box! I never new the taste of old driest chicken and now I know - thanks Grill Box! I never new the taste of dried ground beef and now I know it can be like not like ground beef - thanks Grill Box! Where did you get 4.4 out of 5 review??? Are you paying to get it or you have big family and a lot of friends who never ate in this place? Because normal person who tried your food waste will never give you a STAR. Your place should be closed immediately by Health Canada as I think most of food will have some moving objects in it. So, if you like a real food waste then this place is for you! We never threw out so much food at once - that was dinner for 8! More reviews...

The Shawarma & Grill Box is such a great place to grab a Shawarma if you like this type of food. I mean it when I say that they are worth stopping by to grab one...or a few 🙂 They pack the meat in there and it just has a great flavor. They are only open until 11pm every night except on Fridays and Saturdays which they are open until 3am. Just make sure to stop by here to get one. You will not regret it. They are busy every day and night so the traffic speaks for itself. Thank you, for great service and great tasting food. It's worth everything to stop by here to grab a bite. They offer more than just wraps here (which is what I got all the times I have eaten here). You will not be disappointed that...
