SmartCentres Niagara Falls — Attraction in Niagara Falls

During my recent visit to the SmartCenters clinic in Niagara Falls, Ontario, I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Lai. My 13-year-old daughter was suffering from an ear infection, and Dr. Lai was assigned to treat her. Unfortunately, I found him to be extremely unprofessional and lacking in basic communication skills, especially when dealing with children. After signing a form, Dr. Lai entered the room with a tool to "flush" my daughter's ear. However, when my daughter became hesitant, Dr. Lai reacted aggressively and stormed out of the room, refusing to continue with the procedure. I followed him down the hallway to ask him to reconsider, but he responded in a disrespectful and disgusting manner, yelling and drawing attention from other patients in the waiting room. He refused to do the procedure and entered another patient's room, leaving me and my daughter without any solution to her ear problem. I wasted my entire day at the clinic and skipped work for this terrible experience. In my opinion, Dr. Lai is an unprincipled, ignorant, and incompetent doctor, and I would not recommend...

When I take the bus or have to go to Walmart and stop by the Smart Centre, I love it. This plaza is such a convenient place to go. They have everything there. It is a one stop shop!! If you live at that end of Niagara Falls it is a convenience and not far too go. If you live at that side of the city, it is simple to go there. But, if you live at the other side than it can be quite a trip to go. Taking a bus is simple and fast to stop by there and the bus stops at this location so it is perfect. Either way, they just have everything in these shops so it is nice. You don't have to make multiple trips to different ends of the city for one shopping trip so it is really nice. I love the SmartCentre and what they have available at this location. I recommend this spot to everyone for your grocery shopping/everyday necessities shopping/EVERYTHING!!! HAVE FUN AT YOUR NEXT...

It's Walmart, this location is typical of the chain, my only critique would be that it's always unorganized, dirty, and messy. I find whole sections of shelving empty, some days it looks like a going out of business liquidation center.

But the staff here are super friendly except at the Customer Service counter where out of my 6 interaction over a few years the all but one was miserable and rude.

I gave it 3 stars as it is a one stop shop as all Walmart's, but I deducted 2 stars for the store standards and customer service counter issues. With that being said, I always go to a cashier and not self check out, as they are always courteous and welcoming.

I've only had interaction with one manager, and she wasn't particularly friendly, but she did give good customer service in terms of making sure that the mistake came out...
