The Shipyards Night Market is more than just a market – it’s an unmissable vibe! This place is bursting with life, and endless things to explore—an absolute must-visit. From the moment you arrive, the energy is contagious. The vibe here is just on a different level. It’s a beautiful place with so much diversity in offering that no matter what your taste is, you will find something you like. The vibrant mix of vendors offers everything from unique clothing, handmade jewellery, and vintage finds to delicious street food from all over the world. The atmosphere is always buzzing with energy. Very vibrant night life market. The Shipyards Night Market was the ultimate summer hangout—come hungry and leave with a camera full of memories! The atmosphere is buzzing with energy. The food scene? Absolutely fire. The street food here is next level…you’ll for sure find something to satisfy your taste buds. This Pineapple drink from Island Husk was served inside a whole pineapple for a next level refreshment! The pineapple juice they gave me in a cup was also so refreshing and perfect for summer. The Greek food from The Mad Greek was on point, so much flavour in every bite. The tornado potato was such a fun and crispy snack! I ate a scrumptious burger from Odd Burger. The hot dog from J’s Disco Dogs was downright delicious and I loved the mouthwatering pretzel from Mr. Pretzel. The gelato from Life is Sweet Confections had a super rich flavour and is incredibly creamy. And the food didn’t end there…I loved the sweet & juicy corn on the cob from Roasted Revolution. The kettle corn from Garys Kettle Corn was super addicting and super delicious! I couldn’t resist the samosa from Chai Wagon. I had to wash everything down with the fruit smoothie from Grub Truck. This place is more than a market—it’s a full-on summer night adventure with food, fun, and live music. There’s something happening on every corner: music, art, fashion, and most importantly—food! Add in the live music, and friendly atmosphere, and you’ve got a place that stays in your memory. Shipyards Night Market is a vibrant and eclectic spot with endless street food options, unique little shops, and personalized items you won’t find anywhere else. Shipyards Night Market is an absolute gem! The energy is unmatched, making it the perfect place to explore, eat, and soak in the vibrant market vibes.

Amazing Shipyard Night Events! I recently attended one of the Shipyard night events, and it was an incredible experience. The venue is perfect for such gatherings, and everything was very well organized. The food quality was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The live music was a highlight of the evening. It not only cheered us up but also brought immense joy and helped us stay energized for the upcoming workweek. The atmosphere was filled with positive vibes, making it a truly memorable night. A big thank you to the City and everyone involved in creating these wonderful events. Keep up the fantastic work and continue sharing the blessings and positive energy with the community

It's a perfect plaza for summer night. The night market runs every Friday night in the summer. There are a live band stage, beer garden, lots of food trucks, vendors and many more. If you never been to this night market, you should go. The ambience, vibe and the water views will not disappointed you. The whole area are good for all ages. There are also a big splash park for kids in day time. Lots of seat around this splash park. The vendors are including fresh made pop corns and cotton candy. If you don't like the food truck, there are many good restaurants in this area. A perfect plaza for a walk or just relaxing there. The sunset view and downtown view are marvellous.

I recently visited the Shipyards with some friends, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We were excited to try out the various food and drink options available, but we left feeling underwhelmed.

Firstly, we ordered a round of Caesars, expecting a classic, flavorful drink with a decent kick. However, what we received was far from it. The drinks had barely any alcohol, making them taste more like watered-down tomato juice than anything else. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality.

The food didn't fare any better. We tried a variety of dishes, hoping to enjoy some unique and tasty bites. Sadly, every item we sampled lacked any distinct flavor. The nachos were bland, with a lack of seasoning and barely any toppings, while the burgers were dry and tasteless, almost as if they had been sitting out for too long. Nothing stood out in a positive way.

The atmosphere of the market itself was lively and enjoyable, but it didn't make up for the lackluster food and drinks. Given the market's popularity and the high expectations we had, it was a letdown. I hope they can improve the quality of their offerings in the future, but based on my recent visit, I wouldn't recommend...

I love hanging around this place even on a normal day or weekend. Nice sea breeze and breathe that fresh air and enjoy a fabulous view of the Vancouver Skyline. There are lots of places to sit including muskoka chairs to take in the view and enjoy a relaxing day. Plenty of restaurants around the plaza including coffee shops, and there's a food court as well. You can also find picnic tables with umbrellas beside the dock. Didn't know there was a night market today. It's free, unless you want to go to the area where there's a live band playing. But you can hear and watch from outside the fenced area anyways. Lots of food to choose from whether you're in the mood for bbq, tacos, pretzels, corn on the cob or pop corn. Overall the atmosphere is very festive and fun! There's also lots of restaurants along Espelanade Ave or Lonsdale Ave and other side streets. I highly recommend this place! It's definitely one of...
