Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and No Follow-Up
I booked this gym for a 2-hour basketball rental on May 9th, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the court was not ready for use — badminton nets were still up, and the rims needed to be brought down. We lost over an hour of our scheduled time just waiting for the court to be properly set up. In the end, we only got to play for one hour, despite paying for two. I contacted the owner right away and was told on May 12th that a refund had been processed and would take 5–8 business days. However, by June 3rd, I still had not received anything. I followed up again and made it clear that I had been patient, but I’ve heard nothing back since then. As of June 15th, I still haven’t received a refund or even a reply. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after such a poor experience. I tried to resolve this privately and professionally, but the lack of accountability has left me no choice but to share this publicly. Read moreBooked a 2 hour full court session on Saturday night. Hands down one of the worst courts we've been to. The floor was so slippery they might as well advertise as an ice rink not a basketball court. Absolutely no ventilation just a couple of fans in the entire facility. Again might as well put a free sauna session because it was that hot and humid. When we got there (group of 10) we spoke to the worker (Saurabh) and told him it was too slippery to play. He agreed and said we would get reimbursement but gave us an option to play half court and get half reimbursed. Since we came from far we decided to play half court which was relatively less slippery than the other half. Once we finished playing, Saurabh changed his story up and said we wouldn't get any reimbursement and just credit. When a worker doesn't know the booking agreement/speak to customers, he really shouldn't be working there period. The management did nothing to acknowledge the situation except give credit. Read moreDo the owners even care? The maple court is so slippery, it’s unsafe to play. The water cooler is always empty. There are not even any vending machines. There are almost no benches to sit. The one bathroom is always dirty and out of supplies. There is no AC in the summer so it’s ridiculously sweaty. I’m the winter it’s quite cold where the ball physics change. There is zero possibility of refund for cancellations with ample notice. There should be a cancellation policy where you can be refunded if you provide sufficient notice. But no, they want your money and don’t care about your experience or anything. I really wish the owners would take an interest in this business instead of just leaving it to rot....
