Placed an order, sent an etransfer which was accepted - this was in October. Weeks went by and they never shipped the order so finally I called for an update. The guy who answered said he didn’t even work at this store but was talking to the manager and finding out what happened. Obviously I got nowhere with him, the manager never ended up calling me back. I emailed and someone responded blaming the Canada post strike which happened a full month after I ordered. I asked for a simple refund and have been completely ghosted - absolutely horrible experience to accept e-transfers from customers then not even respond to emails about orders, complete crock...

Walked in to check out products, very display doesn’t tell you what’s in it. I asked for the website to look into the products so I can select what I want but the guy working at the front gave me a card that brought me to google to review it. No website to shop yourself. I don’t need someone to tell me about the products I prefer to do my own research and select a product with the ingredients I want in it.

They were not too friendly every time I asked questions they seemed to judge me and think I was an undercover or some thing, they seemed suspicious of anyone asking...
