During my recent visit to Value Village, I couldn't help but notice a few aspects of the store that left a lasting impression. The most noticeable issue was the store's layout, with narrow aisles that made navigating through the merchandise a bit challenging. These tight spaces gave the store a somewhat cramped feel, which may not be ideal for a comfortable shopping experience.

What stood out the most, unfortunately, were the prices of many items. I found that a significant portion of the products on display seemed to be priced on the higher side for second-hand goods. It left me wondering if I could get better deals elsewhere. The items, particularly the clothing, appeared somewhat dated and not in line with current fashion trends, which was disappointing.

That being said, I did come across a selection of cute sweaters. However, even though I liked them, their price tags, ranging from $15 to $30, were a bit of a deterrent. I realized that I could likely find similar or even better deals on new sweaters in other stores, especially during sales or special promotions.

On a more positive note, I was quite impressed with the collection of scarves available at Value Village. They seemed to be of good quality and reasonably priced, making them a standout in an otherwise mixed shopping experience.

In summary, while Value Village had its redeeming qualities, such as the appealing scarves and the cute sweaters, the overall shopping experience was marred by cramped spaces and relatively higher prices for second-hand items. Would I visit again?...

Everytime I shop at this location, one employee keeps harrassing me to put back the clothes on the hangers & racks after trying them on. I shop at this location a couple times a month & usually spend around $50-$200. After browsing the racks & gathering things in my shopping basket, I usually try them on in front a mirror (no fitting rooms anymore). Whatever doesn't fit me, I usually leave it in another basket for the employees to put back. I thought I was doing better than some of the other customers who throw it on the floor or on top of random racks. While I want to be considerate of the employees & do more, sometimes I'm just too tired after a long day of working & on a time crunch to go home to my family & chores. I simply do not have the energy or time to be doing the employees' job. Management should be scheduling enough workers to get everything done by the end of the day or tell the employees to do what they can & leave the rest for the next day. This one employee keeps lecturing me to put back the stuff that don't fit me & hangs around to make sure I follow her instructions. Sometimes she'd passive aggressively offer me hangers & would rudely throw them in my basket. I'd just like to be able to browse the store without worrying about being admonished by...

This boutique store is aimed more for women's clothing and as you enter you are greeted by that whiff of thrift but you will soon forget it as you dig for treasures. There is a large selection of women's clothes, a smaller selection for men's clothes and no children's clothes at this location. I found some really cool pieces. There was a lot to choose from. I am a seasoned thrift store shopper and I knew what I was looking for but it could feel alittle crowded if you want to take you time going through the racks. It felt no busier than other Value Villages. Unlike other reviews I think the prices are reasonable for unique pieces. Often in second hand stores the shoes are worn down but a lot of the ones here looked in decent or good condition. There are two levels and there is an elevator to go up to the second floor which is old and charming. The staff and security I spoke with were so friendly. We had a fun visit and used the self check out. There are reusable bags and paper bags with no handles at a cost so bring you own bag(s) if you need to. We had a fun time pulling pieces and I will definitely check them out again. You will find unique pieces, your money stretches further and it's eco friendlier...

No change room! This was disappointing since most value villages I have been to seem to have change-rooms. I found the layout of the store to be a bit confusing, as the dresses and the high heels are on separate floors, I couldn’t find what I was looking for as easily as I’d have liked. Definitely more trendy and curated clothing options than a typical value village, noticed a lot of shein and other fast-fashion stuff (but that is expected). Ended up leaving with a couple things - one of them had a rip in the side, and the other was pretty dirty but overall was pretty satisfied. Just couldn’t try anything on so it was a gamble on sizing. Self checkout was pretty convenient and staff was friendly when I could find staff. Prices were good!

Went to visit this new concept of Value Village on a Tuesday afternoon and there was a good traffic. I think the idea behind the name “boutique” is related to the atmosphere of the store and not specifically about “brands ” or “designers” selection. The store is beautiful and you can clearly see that they removed the “trash” items. You will find the same brands/price as any other Value Village. I particularly think that they are over pricing clothes from Zara and H&M (sometimes you can find for a cheaper price at the original store - brand new!). Anyway, if you like thrifting is a good location. Just don’t expect a completely new selection of brands.
