It's becoming increasingly more common to find parks and public facilities and attractions in the city unmaintained and apparently abandoned and left to deteriorate. This innovative little park is just another example. The strange thing is that this park is in probably the busiest tourist area in the city where the CN Tower, the Skydome (Rogers Centre) and Ripley's all converge in an open area. There's no water in the pond, many tiles have fallen off and it's full of garbage. Consequently no one sits on the stone surround to enjoy the area. Why is this?
