Beware the bait and switch! We stopped by on our way to the airport. Waited in line to be seated and used the QR code on the giant display advertising to "check out our menu" at the entrance. Decided what we wanted (kids' buffet advertised for $10, one adult buffet, one vegan omelette with vegan cheese and 'fresh fruit'). Our server was pleasant enough and the buffet was great. The vegan omelette came after everyone had finished a few rounds at the buffet, which was fine. However, there was no vegan cheese (or any cheese) and the 'fresh fruit' was half a strawberry and an orange slice. We also didn't receive the water refills we asked for, while our waiter tended to other tables. The worst part came when we had to leave, as our waiter abandoned us after dropping off the last meal. We had to ask the bar for a water refill and the hostess at the front for a to-go container. When the waiter finally came to give us the bill, we were charged $14 for the kids meals, not $10, as advertised. We didn't notice until we'd already paid, as we had a flight to catch. When we asked the hostess at the front, she told us "that's the price now," despite the price advertised on the menu! I followed up with the GM for the very principle of the matter, and was told they'd update their menu pricing. Great. But when I asked to be refunded the difference, I was met with crickets. No response, even weeks later. Super disappointed in our experience here. Just beware that what you order and the price you're given might not be the price on your bill (which is against the law according to the Canadian Competition Act: Section 74.05 of the Competition Act prohibits the sale or rent of a product at a price higher than its advertised price.). Great view, not-so-great service.

My husband and I were there yesterday. We have been there 8 to 10 times, prior to covid. During that time, I underwent cancer, and just last fall my husband went through a 10.5 hr brain surgery. We decided time to get back to life. ( just FYI, we stayed quite a few times in field view room, but still, always would head to sportsnet grill, for pregame drinks and munchies) Ms Lady Rose , when we called, had us still in system. WOW! ( That, in itself, Amazing!!) Knew exactly what table, we always had, understood our situation and with the assistance of Ms. Rita( another hostess) we had our table. Even better, Bobby, who looked after us all previous visits, looked after us. Still there. Totally amazing young man! High 5's for everyone when jays hit home run. Food and drinks, spot on! Atmosphere, Fantastic! Staff, Fantastic!. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Never been disappointed! Even other guests, pumped, and add to Atmosphere. Kootos to all the staff! Wish I could add more photos of food and all wonderful staff, but we were so overwhelmed by our return visit, didn't take as many as thought, and my phone( cheap) so live is much better than my photos)My husband ate a beast mode burger and fries and I had beef brisket and fries. AWESOME! Usually wings and nachos. But always open for something new. Again, not even close, to having any critiques. A must to go! Pss, we go back as Jay's fans, to the CNE stadium games. Won't give up and will always manage to get there if able.

We have come here for dinner/lunch + Blue Jays game on 4 occasions and plan on coming for many more! It's family/child friendly as well as we come with our 2, 4, and 6 year old. It's a great alternative to going to an actual Jays game inside Rogers Center, especially if you prefer a climate controlled environment (bonus: they air the radio play-by-play throughout the restaurant so you also gain the commentary that would be lacking). You can call ahead to reserve a table right by the glass to get an obstructed view of the game; you're essential sitting over left field (see pics). There's a minimum $50 spend per adult if you reserve for a table right at the glass, but you can easily hit that with food and drinks. As for the food, never been let down. We've had everything but our standouts are the calamari app, any steak dish, and their salads are very big serving sizes. The nachos and other shareable platters are also very generous. For the $$, you are getting very good value considering its fine dining + a Jays game. Kids menu items are also bigger than a typical restaurant as well (your typical variety of chicken tenders, burgers, pasta but all very tasty). Huge beer and wine selection. Overall, highly recommended if you've never been before; take the family out, group of fiends or that special someone. Entrance is into the lobby of the recently renamed Marriott Toronto Center hotel and or in between gates 1 and 15.

Was given a Life Experiences gift card package for the Blue Jays game and used it on Saturday. Made our reservations about a month ahead of time as we heard that it books up quickly (this is true). The package included a fixed menu 3-course meal for two overlooking the field. While the menu had limited options for myself as a vegetarian, the waiter was accommodating, and had no problem altering the dishes for me. Alcohol was not included in the package. We arrived at 1pm during the start of the game and were there until 4-4:30pm so we asked the waiter to space out the courses.

Before the meal we were given their "signature" chips & bacon/caramelized onion dip. The waiter brought me a small dish of salsa on the side, and my partner had the dip which he said was very good. The chips were delicious. For our appetizers we ordered a Caesar salad without bacon (very good) and the tempura vegetables, which were also good although a bit too greasy for me. My partner had the lamb sausage flatbread pizza (which he ate all of) and I had the soba noodle dish as it was my only option. It was very tasty and I ended up taking half of it home. For dessert we shared the mango sorbet (our waiter told us not to try the lemon) and the milk chocolate tart. Both were very good, but the chocolate tart was definitely my favourite. Overall the food was great, not outstanding, but very filling and tasty.

Our experience was mostly positive, but halfway through our meal, our waiter went home and our table was taken over by another, who was not filled in on the status of our orders and who really had no idea what was going on. There was approximately 45 minutes that passed where we weren't checked on for drinks, and we started to wonder if our entrées were coming. When the new waiter showed up she was very apologetic and offered to buy us dessert. When we told her we had already ordered it and it was part of the package, she gave us each a free coffee with our dessert, as well as one to take home with us at the end of the evening. We felt that made up for the lack of service.

As for the baseball game, we had a great view of the field, and it was nice to hear the commentary over the speakers as I am not much of a sports watcher. We did have some other tables encroaching on ours, and one person even asked if they could pull their table up to ours so they could see better (we said no). But it's a great space to watch the game and eat a good meal with lots of leg room. At the end of the day we spent $30 including tip for our three beers, plus the cost of the gift card which is...

Service was horrible!!! Stayed at hotel and went there for breakfast before our train home. Order taken after 15 minutes. No coffee or water brought to table. After a few minutes, we asked waiter if we could have bill when food was delivered as we had a train to catch. He responded that he couldn't guarantee we would make our train (an hour later). One of us let him know that if our food could not be guaranteed to come in a convenient time to make our train, we would need to cancel our order. Only then did he say he would check with kitchen. Food was arranged to come 15 minutes after, which was fine. However, still didn't get water and I had to ask for my coffee. He poured coffee for me and proceeded to pour for the others. He was stopped and reminded that no one else had ordered coffee. He poured orange juice for one of us. We had asked for water for all of us. He needed to be reminded that he used the water glass for orange juice and that we were a glass short. When the orders came, there were a number of errors...cheddar cheese instead of Swiss and Swiss instead of cheddar on another. Peameal bacon was requested and we received regular bacon. We didn't bother mentioning this as we needed to leave. The bills were brought and, although we are all usually very generous tippers, we left no tip due to the deplorable service. After a wonderful weekend seeing a concert for my niece's birthday, this was an unfortunate way to finish the weekend. I will not be recommending this restaurant to others. A restaurant in such a high profile hotel should be expected to cater to its patrons. Here, it fell...
