Dang the owner is great. Friendly and happy. His staff are super. I’ve been twice since they opened. First time I had the brisket sandwich and fries. Top notch. The flavor was exceptional and the meat was tender and delicious. The fries are a great addition to the meal. They also offer Mac & cheese and slaw as well. The second time I ordered the ribs and stayed with the fries again. The ribs are beauty. Fall off the bone. The rub is nice and smoky. The added sauce tops it all off.
